Sheladiya & Jyani is a Surat based partnership firm. The seeds of Sheladiya & Jyani were sowed 12 years back when Vipul Sheladiya and Prakash Jyani started practice in 2003 with the aim of providing a comprehensive range of accounting, financial and legal consulting, tax management, auditing, wealth management and knowledge process outsourcing services. Our sphere of specialisation services includes accounting, auditing, advisory, taxation, project finance, business consultancy and a host of other value added financial and legal consulting.
Our firm has been founded by CA Vipul B. Sheladiya and CA Prakash S. Jyani. At present our firm has two full time partners , two full time CA office manager and one part time CA consultant contributing to the firm's immense development with wide knowledge in different areas of expertise & nourishing it with their long years of experience. We offer expert services to public and private businesses and to individuals as well. Our experienced and professionally focused team members are dedicated to provide efficient services in a consistent manner. Over the years, the firm has gained in-depth experience in providing a multitude of to a number of multinational corporate as well as to several reputed Indian companies. The executive team of the firm provides real world solutions to complex business issues by laying stress on meeting time-bound schedules and continuously upgrading technical skills. The working of the entire firm is webbed through efficient communication and documentation, written systems and procedures and yearly calendar of meetings and training schedules.
